Apparently there's a bug in either Steam's or steamgifts' database, you might be able to enter even if you own it. Also please don't enter if you own the basic version, this limited edition just contains the basic game plus one DLC.

Thanks Threepwood. If I were you I'd maybe add a description that this game's API is flawed - I own the limited edition version, yet I could enter for it. Maybe you can save a few accidental rerolls and some time for yourself by warning people to check their library first.

Oh! Thank you for the heads up, what do you mean exactly? I'm not sure what API is.. So some people may actually own this game, but it isn't being picked up as owned by steamgifts? Or if you own the basic version, you can't install the limited edition?

AFAIK API is basically steam's database, SG uses it and sometimes it's flawed - for example if I own Fallout 3 GOTY I could still enter for FO3, every DLC and even the GOTY giveaways. Similarly, I own Blades of Time Limited Edition, yet I can enter for your giveaway. Just wanted to point out that this can happen accidentally if people forgot about they own the game.
