I came across a few traders that had the same problem... Steam really sucks at times. They're not clear about their policies.

Being banned/suspended for NOT breaking any rule would be ridiculous. And any non-written rule is not a rule at all, I'm sure there would be grounds for legal action should it be worth it... But good to hear it's now over :)
