Well, sometimes when I see a suspiciously vague thanks comment, I'm curious if that person is using a script, or if they are an actual human who just wrote a vague comment that one time. How to check? One way is look at their wins - identical comment everywhere is a big hint... :)
Anyway, after noticing some of the "suspiciously vague thanks comment people" were winning games in a certain Steam group, I decided to join to see what they had written in those giveaways. :)
According to their rules, I had to give away a bundle game each week, for three weeks... So they got a Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, Lords Of The Fallen, NEKOPARA Vol. 1, Sakura Angels, and finally a real bundle game "Influent DLC - English [Learn English]" when I'd seen enough... :)
Cat in the box / trashcan man / whatever is the owner of that group. :)

Yeah, I was a bit tempted to disappear after seeing my visual novel money wasted, not with a bang but a whimper, but I still have a mostly finished puzzle, a pile of bundle keys and gifts in my inventory, so I'll have to find a home for them first... Oh well...

Oh, I gave away some visual novels in the forum, G-senjou no Maou and Clannad - all I wanted in return was for people to write a review of a visual novel. But most people just entered the giveaways without writing anything.

At the end of the sale, all I got was Littlewitch Romanesque, The Fruit of Grisaia, and Cho Dengeki Stryker. There was a lot of other crap in my cart but I couldn't bring myself to click the button.

Littlewitch Romanesque is an excellent choice. I would recommend playing that. If I were to write a positive review on any VN, it would be that game. It's just beautiful and fantasy-tical.

It plays less a "Visual Novel" and more a Princess Maker game, lol. You teach the girls stuff, have them learn spells, complete quests, raise affection, etc, as time and story slowly moves along. There's usually a daily event/scene but it's random-ish but it's all fun and really fill us in on this beautiful world of theirs.
It's all fun-filled and lighthearted, with some darker twists here and there, but all in all, it's like... daily life in a fantasy world~

lol, raising affection via specific quests opens up more quests and also the ending route of certain characters if it's high enough. Have no idea what got censored and not, since I didn't bother with the uncensor patch (there is one) as I find the story beautiful enough without the need of H-scenes.
I guess the censored stuff might be scenes when your affection reach a high enough (or highest) level. Stuff gets implied in the Regia version but I guess it gets shown (and rather explicitly too) in the full version ;)

I've only played Littlewitch for a few hours so far, but in just that short amount of time it's struck me the gulf between the Sakura stuff and the "real" visual novels...
