SteamGifts can't read Steam packages with DLCs, for the same reason it can't tell what DLCs you own.
This happens for every Steam package with DLCs included in them.
how can GA be a bad GA i mean... what ever the cost is they are actually contributing to the community... for example i cant do GA where i can purchase stuff myself... i have to rely on my steam acc leftover money or whatever money i have saved to create a GA. so i dont think it is a criteria
When sites like indiegala give 25000 free keys for a cheap game and people turn around and make a GA for it before it comes off the list I consider that a bad giveaway. I usually blacklist them for it too, with a few exceptions.
