Just so you know, you should use the reply function (the small "Reply" button under a comment) if you want them to get a notification. ^^

welcome to SG! you should give this a read. I'm using SG++ when in forums & SG20 when going on giveaways page along with thank filter (& mouseover pop up from git hub) so comments are reversed :P scroll up
