Somehow I missing base game (not true at all).

I'm seeing the message that I'm missing the base game, just as @Rotheran is. I happen to have the base game and the blood pack DLC to TW:S2 ( I was just viewed the giveaway out of curiosity, to see if the DLC was detected properly). It sounds like not even the base game is being detected properly, which will prevent people from entering the giveaway - you may want to reach out to support and let them know.

No, it's because it's DLC for DLC. SG never detected these, and the problem is rare enough (and caused by steam mostly, too) it was never fixed

Hm. Odd. It sounds like it can't actually be given away via SG giveaways, then, since you'll always get the Missing Base Game message.
