I have misunderstood the Humble Bundle's description, I thought the bundled DayZ is a SA, but actualy it's a mod. So instead deleting this giveaway, I bought SA version. I don't want to throw dirt on my name and I'm not a dick :)

This is the standalone version, for the mod you need Arma II and I believe DayZ mod is free.

Day Z mod is free and bundled in the latest HiB while Day Z is a standalone game (no ARMA II required) and is NOT bundled and is still sold for full price at Steam.

Yes, but bigfooty2k says: "Spare copy from Humble Bundle. I will add you and send you the HB gift link." That's not from the Steam store.

You would be no "dick". That HB description is misleading and they'll just confuse people into thinking they're buying the new SA of DayZ.

agree, they shouldn't even have the mod listed in that bundle at all. they should know better than that to be honest. HB seems to really be changing from its roots.

It's not misleading at all. It says it's a mod and it's free. I don't understand anyone who thinks it's the standalone version. That said, thank you to bigfooty2k for doing the unexpected.
