I have just resent the Steam gift.
Please tell me if you got it.
If not, i'll have to add you to send it through friends list (It seems to work that way).
There's also an option to cancel "sent" status of the steam gift, then you can send it again to somebody else, but I'm not sure if you didn't use it already.
