This is where all the wrathful and sullen cats of the world are punished for their sins. Transported on a boat over the river Sphinx each cat is then dumped into the churning waters that is filled with the wrathful and the sullen gurgling beneath the surface who grab and pull at the fur, legs and tails of those unlucky enough to be thrown overboard into these gurgling waters left to join the wrathful and sullen as the wrathful and sullen drowned.
