AFAIK, if you can get the Steam key from Gamestop, anyone in the world should be able to activate it on Steam.

Fe. you can't run Russian Skyrim in non CIS countries, since it has "onlyallowrunincountries" restriction. Same goes for those Dota 2 SEA keys.

But Inversion doesn't have that kind of restriction shown in the CDR database, so it should be redeemable from anywhere, as long as you can provide the winner with the Steam key (reddit says Gamestop app won't give you one unless you're not from NCSA).

I'm not %100 sure on this, so if someone has something to add or knows I'm wrong, please state it. :)
