Never played EU2 but in EU3 i spent like 400h(i have non steam so i can't check and mostly i played like 5 mooths after release of EU4) and already spent 140h in EU4 so (brofist)

Yeah... I really love grand startegy games but it can be scary how easily you can lose track of time :D

That's a real (and probably only) bad thing in Grand Strategy games especially from paradox
It's so easily to get from ,,just a 5 minutes and i go" to ,,End?NEVER" that i'm will probably reschelude my all plans after release of HOI4 cause i know that i wouldn't stop playing it until end of the time.But then i probably extend it xd

Only good?
This game is great but it has some bad things in it like agressive expansion grows too quick when you small,time(in real live) passes too fast, DLC's are expensive and when you got to play with them(for example in MP) you want them forever etc. It still have eaten 140h of my live so :)

I think you got me wrong what i mean was different:)Yeah it seems like we have quite a bit of a DLC madness there but base game should be satisfying enough:)And to be honest 140 h is not that much:P

For me it is cause longest time in game on steam was 270h(out of steam it was like 400h in EU3) EU4 counter is 4th largest and still rising(just after Space Engineers and CK2) also i played it without internet connection too so i think i could added like 20h to this number
And btw. Base game is satyfsfying but first you have to get a while(around 6h if you do this without tutorials EU3 style;)[btw. tutorials in paradox games really sucks]) of learning to get at least to level of noob
At least that what you did in eu3 cause in eu4 i entered as veteran instantly
