That other user didn't regift a game. he "just" didn't activate maybe he forgot or wasn't able due to region locked key or whatever.
He got suspended and didn't get my game even though he knew he won. So he got punished enough imho. I believe he deserves a second chance and who knows, maybe he will activate it shortly. So I don't want him ending up on bl for a stupid one time mistake he made and maybe will correct soon. So I'd rather not tell his name.
