Oh, there's a single choice you can make near the end of the game, but as far as I can tell it's meaningless. :) Didn't bother playing three times looking for a "true route" though. :)

Or you could check here - it's the censored version of the Witcher's in-game girly picture cards. About the same horizon-expanding as you'll get from Sakura Spirit. :) I believe they are uncensored in the Witcher game, but don't quote me on that. :)
