If you haven't done so already, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our FAQ and Guidelines.
What you should've done is leave a comment stating a reason why you're rejecting the gift (in this case because apparently you already own it) and then also inform the creator in the same comment that you agree with the giveaway being rerolled.
We cannot reroll for a new winner without the original winner's consent. Same with deleting a giveaway.
