Answer (obviously): PHROl
Solution: The puzzle was a typical newspaper cypher. Numbers were to be split into pairs, each of the pairs encoded a letter. The first number set the word from the beginning of the text, the second number set the letter in that word. (Hint 5). Positive numbers represented lowercase letters, negative numbers represented capitals (Hint 4). Then the letters should be arranged in their original order - how they were in the text. (Hint 2).
So, I have 5 [4+1] coPies [-(5+3)] of Humble Introversion Bundle (below average). And I want you all to decide wHat [-(19+2)] I should do with it. Good ol' public giveaway, maybe? Then when would it be convenient foR [-(36+3)] you? Also, together or separate? FOrum [-(42+2)] ninja feeding? Puzzle giveaway? Maybe something else [49+2]?

FINALLY! FINALLY! FINALLY!!!!! :D
I still think that Lphro or lPHRO is a more logical answer. :(
Or write it as -(5+3+19+2+36+3+42+2)+49+2
I was always very close to the solution, but suddenly switching the order of the letters from the math didn't seem to make sense.
That 5=4+1 hint was very clever though, when I finally realized its true meaning it confirmed my idea and I was able to focus on the second hint.

I thought that was pretty much prevented by
"Hint: The order of letters should not be changed from their original order."

Thank you! :D
Lol, the mail says "Against all odds and mathematical probability, your entry was chosen by the RNG."
What's the probability of being the 1 out of 1? :p

=P Exactly.

Maybe something else. But it isn't neither binary nor Morse code.

great puzzle thanks... too bad i had no time on sunday and just came back from work now :x
damn, i thought about so much stuff, i was so close often, but i never came to the "negative = capital" solution and stuck with either the +2 +3 indicate capitals/lowercase or counting through the alphabet it self (bei 1 = A and 27 = a etc) ... great puzzle, thanks again :)
