Support doesn't have access to these tickets, it's moderator & above only. I asked a mod about it and he told me that it usually takes 1-2 days. Anyway, he approved your ticket now ^^

Hi TJ, sorry to bother you again but after a SG search I didn't find a answer. I recently got to the half a dozen level and I'm doing some giveaways. If I put a giveaway on CV 5 and include my whitelist can all the SG users in my whitelist join (0,1,2,3,4) or do they have to be mandatory 5 to join?

If you make group/whitelist giveways with a level requirement, users will need to both be part of the group/whitelist and meet the level requirement to enter.
