I would say I Am Legend-esque, no zombies. I think I could forage effectively but fighting is one thing I'm not very good at.

Oh, also, to answer your question... Since I do not romanticize the idea of an apocalypse environment (such living would be difficult, depressing, and incredibly dangerous), here are my choices (provided I survive in those hypothetical situations. If not, then the other one. If I don't survive in any of them then I guess it doesn't matter what I choose):
1) Disease that makes most human life non-existent, as I wouldn't have to deal with radioactive fallout and such. Also, structures/resources would likely be more intact.
2) Without Zombies - better chance to survival.
