Rules:
You are not allowed to join and you won't receive game, if you have in your giveaways (at least one of these):
exploited free games / easy to win (Shadowgrounds, Red Orchestra, The Ship etc.),
abuse contributor value (few Railworks 3 etc.),
when you are posting separate games, instead of bundle as one (I can allow 2 games from bundle, but not whole bundle as few giveaways).
Contributor 50$ must be from PUBLIC giveaways (yes, it can contributor). I don't count PRIVATE/GROUP giveaways. EXCEPTIONS: Group giveaways for official SteamGifts group and CuzWeLoveFreeStuff (because these groups have so many users).
In the end, I will check winners profile. If she/he has broken my rules, I will use "Request new winner" function.

The person giving a game away can do what he/she wants. I don't qualify because I prefer making puzzle giveaways, am just shy of the $50 contributor anyway, and I gave a legit copy of the ship (not from any bundles) away once. I'm not bothered by the rules though, since she can do as she pleases!
