In fact, Steamgifts can't check if we own a DLC or an entire package with DLCs due to Steam API restriction. Even if you have absolutely all the content, you can enter in the giveaway, so be careful with the winner.

In my case, I just have the base game. Yes, I can enter, but I prefer to ask before because some people prefer when the winner doesn't have any of the content included in the package. I take your answer like a "yes", so thank you :)!

Technically you could own the base game as well as all of the DLCs and still enter since this is a Steam package.

Basically wanted to ask the same, if entering if only the base game is owned is ok to you but from what you say I guess it is.

Yeah if you only own the base game and none of the DLCs, then it's fine to enter. If you own everything, then obviously not.

Were both counting down to April 11th. Only 8 episodes so will probably blow thru them in a couple days and start Jonesing for the next season.
