Some DLCs of Shogun 2. nobody can enter. A bug or glitch

i have the base game and this dlc, but it says "I am missing the Base game"

don't know. I think there is no need/necessity to open a suport ticket (it is an old glitch), but feel free

or
you can wait the GA finish with no winner, then you can give the key in the forum or to the winner of your other GA ( ATTILA: blood & burning, if he has the Shogun 2), however you won't gain CP for this key
