i got a question for that!
i buy bundles like DIG or indie-gala, and i enter almost every group-GA on my list, which most of the time is a game form a bundle i bought, but i didn't added the game to my library, so...
[like from DIG i only activate some games (especially those with cards) and i buy always 2 bundles (beat the average) so i got at least 1 key of every game from that bundle, and from those games i didn't added, i got 2 keys then]
can i get banned when i win a game which i got on my trade list BEFORE i won the game?

well, i got an other question now, which is almost like the same:
i give away some of the games on my trading list, and sometimes i enter a group GA of that game, which i give away too.
am i in trouble now?

Steam Gift rules require you to activate any gift you receive on your account. What you do with other copies you may own or acquire is your own affair. I strongly urge you to keep meticulous records if you are trading, gifting, and receiving games at the same time to avoid any uncertainty if questions do arise.

Steam Gifts rule is that you may not win a game that you have in your Steam Library.
However, some users will object to your prior ownership of an unredeemed copy of a game that you win from them. It is possible that they will deny you entry into their future giveaways.

i always redeem keys i win, even if own the game by myself on the trading list, like i said, i buy always 2 bundles from DIG, and sometimes i keep both keys from a game. and on my trading list, i always update, when even something really small is changing, i also say, when i updated last time

I just heard about this site yesterday, you may know it already, but doesn't hurt to mention it still: SteamGifts Tools: Steamgifts mechanics made easy. Of course, you should manually check at least some of results, but it makes the search quicker and almost painless. :)
