Oops. It's a joke. The games are kind of... Eh. It's a joke about how a lot of the RPG maker games say they're inspired by an old/retro RPG e.g. Chrono Trigger or Fantasy.
I haven't played it but I've listened to the end credits song and any game that has amazing music is worth a play in my book. Also, I recall seeing some streams of it and it looks very interesting.
I still have the original for the N64, but in cases like this where it's pretty much impossible to get for a reasonable price and won't support the creators anyway I think it's okay to download a ROM, which totally does not exist winks
