Did you already get moderator approval for the special rule, i.e. rerolling if the winner has already won something on this site? It's not mandatory to get approval ahead of time, but if they don't approve it after someone's already won, it would create a definite problem.

In any case, I like the idea behind both of your PAM giveaways. Kudos.
