he wanted one of the lego games, and gave me his list to choose from.... has lots of rep (all look legit), seemed like a nice guy, and according to his list has still 6 keys of this "in stock"....

A LEGO game for a $50 game? None of those are $50 on PC, and most are probably decently cheap in key trading because of the Nuuvem sales (and even on Steam many can be had for $5 on sale). That would definitely set off some warning bells to me, though there are certainly ways someone could attach a lower subjective value to a key without it being fraudulent (for example, some people see the Steam key provided with a DRM-free purchase as unnecessary and might be more eager to trade it).
Anyway, there may be a good explanation for it, and hopefully you won't have any trouble.

it looks like people who supported the kickstarter campaign with 20$ got the DRM free version plus a steam key... and the guy actually knew that LEGO games were very cheap, but i didnt ask further... well i hope for the best :)

So far only the 0.09$ game for it's cards, but in the future? Maybe Advent Rising, Death to Spies, DarkStar one, Outcast 1.1. there are some really good deals for really cheap. I don't think I'll be able to go through the sale without buying a little this and a little that :)

Quite a lot to be honest... To name a few, Metro Last Light Redux (I didn't get the bundle because I've just recently finished 2033, can't see myself playing it again anytime soon), This War of Mine, Valkyria Chronicles, Tales from the Borderlands (a bit expensive but I put my faith in Telltale to offer games that are worth my money), Ziggurat (AMAZING GAME) and a few others.
