Man, that was a hassle, but I finally did it... the whole "just look at it" approach seemed to random for me :P So I calculated a linear regression and sorted by deviation from it, just to find the 5 entries I already had confirmed :)

I've described this solution as "at least, anything complicated, it depends on solution". :)
And yes, not many people know about regressions (and how to build it, especially, in Excel - i don't think, that many people here use SPSS, R, etc. ).

lol :S Didn't expect this. Thanks for the game slowpard! I will remember linear regresions each time I play this game xd And also each time I play El comandante's game, because Tropico 3 is in my backlog (that is why I didn't enter that giveaway).

The main hint in the thread is your 'bump for the sake of econometric gods'. A visit to the wikipedia page for 'econometrics' and the first thing you see is 'Basic econometric models: linear regression'
