I've been asking some GA creators around, kind of a survey approach; why does it matter that you delete the GA instead of just letting the winner mark as not received?
There are no repercussions for this, nor for a high rate of received versus not received. Why do you prefer that the GA is deleted if you cannot provide a replacement key?
People want to gamble for CV but don't want the negative feedback on their profiles. Also, I'm, not sure if SG has some kind of good to bad feedback ratio in place which might trigger a suspension or something like that in case of too much bad feedback.

I never said I can't provide a replacement key. But honestly you're right, I probably shouldn't have written it and instead just kept the key untouched and not given it to anyone.

Yeah, I should've been more specific. I just did an hour long giveaway and threw it out as I was off to do other stuff. It was a big discussion on the site a while back, so in my mind, I just assumed that everyone knew of their right for a new key, but since if this key were to be revoked, then odds were that literally all of them were since they had so far only one source as far as I knew and instead of the hassle of potentially getting and refunding a dozen keys over the course of months, I'd just delete it and no harm no foul.
But obviously marking it as not received is the default right of any user.
