Never seen one from that guy, could you recommend something?

Eraserhead is my favorite of his and my avatar, it's really weird, chilling, and obtuse. The sound design is perfect, listening to 10+ minute intervals of industrial noise has never been so pleasurable. Blue Velvet is probably Lynch's most coherent film that still has his style, it involves a mystery of a severed ear and a young man who sneaks into a woman's apartment to try and solve it. Twin Peaks is also very fun and creepy if you're looking for a TV show to Netflix binge on.

Blue Velvet or Dune, oddly(I love the books too, but actually really enjoyed his take on the series).

I actually haven't seen Dune, I need to get on that. It's a shame that the studio basically took the film away from Lynch though and lost some of his footage. I hear that the books are great.

Happy cake day.
I have doom on dvd pending. Will put on the top of the pile.
I have bad memory for names and films. Will have to enter on imdb to check the list, but the three mentioned doesn't sound me, although here the names are changed.
Mulholland Drive seen that for sure, don't remind anything bad about it.

Btw, Doom and Dune are two separate things. Dune is basically kind of like Star Wars written well before it came out. I've got a pile to watch as well though, it's never-ending.

Don't waste time with the movie "He agreed to direct Dune and write the screenplay even though he had not read the book, known the story, or even been interested in science fiction." Plus, he totally distanced himself from it in every way possible.

You should watch him cook, i don't know why I love this video so much.

I really like this Eraserhead theater intro that he did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrE9PHsbCXA

Yeah Dune is kinda interesting despite all the critics, but I must say thafter seeing the documentary, Jodorowsky's version of Dune would be awesome.

That new Bluray looks gorgeous, I can't believe that they found all those deleted scenes in a salt mine.

Wait what? I don't know that story. Now I have something to do this morning :O
Sadly I don't have bluray (and I don't want to buy one, I'm afraid I would want to get all my dvds on the new format)

Yeah, they found like 40 minutes of deleted scenes that were in a salt mine the whole time Lynch was looking for them. We're very lucky that they hadn't deteriorated, sometimes just opening that container someone finds can be enough to ruin the film inside of it.

Mulholland Drive

Edit: Kinda liked "The Straight Story" as well.

His films are really creepy. If you like Isaac you'll probably like Lynch though, the creator of Isaac is a big fan of him.

Definitely Eraserhead, since I love the radiator lady song but I also liked Lost Highway.

Lost Highway is a really good one, I can't believe that Siskel and Ebert gave it two thumbs down back in the day.

I've only seen 3 (Eraserhead, The Elephant Man and Mulholland Drive), so of those 3, I'd say The Elephant Man.
