To anyone out there who might be feeling depressed or suicidal, know that there is always someone out there that cares for you and wants to help. If you are drowning, don't hesitate to reach out to others. Despite what you may think, you don't have to go through everything alone. Don't shut yourself away the outside world. I know this journey isn't easy, but I believe you are strong enough to defeat the demons inside you. I might not be able to understand what you are going through, but what I know is this: you are a beautiful person. Life may have been harsher to you than the others, but things will eventually get better. Don't ever give up. ♥︎

To anyone out there who knows someone having a tough time, try to be there for them. In times like these, support is what they need most. Show them you love them, and tell them too. Every little thing you do matters. If they need someone to talk to, be their listening ear. If they need a shoulder to cry on, lend them your shoulder. No matter what, do not give up on them.
