Ore monogatari is not from the series. Btw in my opinion, it's hard to start watching the monogatari series, specially with bakemonogatari, it works in a strange way. I got catched at the third try of watching the series, the first times I didn't like it very much, but then I ended loving them. Totally worth watching :)
