Yea, no idea what is up with the points. Usually the points are something in the lines of 1 point for every 1 USD/EUR the game sells for on steam without discounts. This game's full price on steam is 5,49€ or $5,99 depending on region, so i would had expected the point cost to be 5 or 6. The point system is just a little broken at times i guess, also some of the newer things that have come to steam lately that people suddenly posted because they where released in "games" bundles. Sorry for my babbling, I'm talking about software suites that have moved to steam as well, which is all good, steam is a great platform for easy updating licensing management etc. But some of those like GameMaker: Studio Android which usually sells for 240 € for that single DLC was mass sold in a bundle, and a ton of keys where as a result dumped here, happy us. But the point system however, I'm not sure there's a maximum limit on point cost, well obviously it should be 300. But some giveaways like this one with RPG Maker VX Ace that sells for $69.99 and thus costs 70 points to enter. So with these things that are WAY more expensive then regular games even AAA titles Deluxe Special Elite Sniper With Extra Blind Edition usually is on steam, the point system might just have reached the time for an overheal. Also Indiegala's HappyHour let's say Hump Day Bundle #11, contains 12 games and you could buy the highest tier even if you're in a EU region that needs to pay VAT tax on top of it, it sold for only €3,40. So you buy that during the first week of launch and the eligible to purchase on happy hour a week or two later. Now comes the insanity. You bought a bundle with 12 games for 3,4 EUR which drops trading cards you can sell for steam funds, so even less. Now you can buy the same bundle again as a gift and you'll get >>> 3 EXTRA <<< complete bundles, leaving you with 4 complete 12 games bundles for a total of 48 games for 3,4€. So quick calculation means that every 1 game cost you just about 0,12€, some of them go for around 10€ at full price, that's 98,8% discount. You can even go further and get MORE free copies by buying more gifts as it scales exponentially. So thanks to bundles, at least for the game developers that choose to put there games in one, especially indiegala and their mass bundle mania be prepared for gamers all over to have a 24/7 ultra steam sale frenzy and that they will be littering keys for games all over the place like they we're trash. :D
