Hey there, a winner of one of my giveaways recently changed the status of one of your giveaways to "not received" - can you tell me if you didn't give them the game or if they're just trying to get around not having activated it?

Hi, thanks for bringing that to my attention. I gave them the game. Not looked into it yet, but if I can prove it I'll be contacting support to ask them to change that feedback and take any necessary action against that user. I see they are currently suspended already for something else.

Update: I did find proof that I'd sent the game and filed a ticket. Support have rewarded me with the correct feedback and it looks like that person has had their suspension changed to a permanant one.
Thanks again for making me aware of the situation. Looking bat their "won" giveaways history last night, I think they might have tried to the same to other users. There were a number of giveaways marked as not received from late 2014/early 2015.

They had 3 unactivated "big" wins, so I requested a reroll.
At the same time I asked the winner what had happened to those games. They responded with something about sgtools-staff having to fix it, and later said "it's been fixed" - it was easy to find out that the fix was to mark the games as not received.
In the meantime the reroll had been approved by staff and the first winner had been suspended (as you noticed).
I sent a new report about the suddenly "not received" wins with links to these giveaways where I ask you and the other creators if they had in fact not delivered the games, and as you said the suspension has now been changed to permanent.
