You enter the room and are plunged into darkness. Even with the door open behind you, you can't see much. You reach about you, trying to get your bearings, and you grab what seems to be a spiderweb....
Some time later, you realize that you've been shrinking, from the moment you entered the room. And the spiderweb that your hand brushed against, you are now standing upon. While realizing that you're the size of an insect is terrifying, you're at least able to freely walk on the now-huge spiderweb. Your vision has adapted, and you can now make out every detail of the room you're in. You even started seeing things and places which you couldn't imagine to be here.
