I created a giveaway without reading the rules of site. I created a giveaway for a game I won and did not claim. I understand this is regifting and that it is against the rules.
In my effort to correct my mistake, I claimed the game to my steam account. I contacted the winner of the giveaway I created in error and offered them a choice of a replacement game. They chose Go! Go! Nippon! My First Trip to Japan game, you can see it on their profile (http://steamcommunity.com/id/hahahauccu/).
I am now creating this giveaway as an appology to you who posted and tried to point out my mistake. I have learned my lesson and I hope I have earned your forgiveness and respect.
If I had blacklisted you for the regift (which I hadn't), I'd have removed the blacklist no doubt. =)

Forgiven. You may need to read the rest of the FAQ just in case. This site has quite a few rules and they are heavily enforced.
