Day 19
Nineteenth lesson learnt: Don't avoid being on command
Quick lesson: if you let others command things that you know you'd do good, they can turn out badly. I've just handled a project with which I'm not very happy because a partner tried to organise the group. I have ended up doing the 80% of the work just because I let her give the orders at first. If you think you have good ideas or that you can do better, don't doubt it and take the lead!
Note: this may not apply with bosses. Just in situations when you're all in the same position.
May the force be with you!
And may the bump be with the thread!
