Yeah, I thought about that but couldn't come up with an easy way to make it only non-middle-east.
So let's just look at it similarly to how the Steam definition of ROW differs from the original definition. In most fields ROW stands for Rest-of-World-outside-the-US, where in Steam it relates to keys which can be activated worldwide, including the US. So just think of this giveaway as one for a game that can be activated worldwide, including the middle-east ;-)
