As for series, that would take a long time to figure out. Some of my favorites: Hellsing Ultimate (plan on watching that again after the stream) Fate Stay Night (havent seen Blade Works yet), Kanon, Ai Yori Aoshi, Slayers, Bakemonogatari, Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, Ghost in the Shell, Mnemosyne, Utawarerumono to name a few. I'll also list Those Who Hunt Elves just so you look it up.
