Nah, it's a group where basically person X hosts a "bundle split" when he only wants certain games from a bundle & the rest of the people can reserve the rest. You MUST split the games based on price (Tier 1 = 0.33$ per game, BTA right now would be 6.53/3 = ~2.18$ and Neptunia 10-7.53 = 2.47$). It's pretty cool but so far I've been too slow on reserving Neptunia since a lot of people want it :p
