Another quote I have disagreements with.
She is applying love as an economic model. In Jaques Derrida's words:
There is another philosopher that views love as the act of loss. Losing is loving because you deliver yourself to an enterprise where you consciously know you will lose (time and energy) without receiving the same in return, and yet still doing it.
Hope this doesn't bother you, I never saw this quotes before and I felt like exposing my thoughts about them.
