Is it this particular DLC for Pixel Puzzle Ultimate, or is it a key for Pixel Puzzles Japan, which is a totally different game, and not even a DLC? I am asking because if you create a giveaway for a game and deliver something else instead (even if the names sound similar), then taking a not received feedback is the smaller of your worries next to getting suspended from SteamGifts.
