Roman emperor Caligula was so crazy he tried to appoint his horse to serve as consul, and even declared war on Neptune, the Roman god of the sea, and had his soldiers stab the sea with their swords.
During WWII, USA black women had less rights/benefits/privileges than white women. Some white industrial women workers refused to work with black women because they were "dirty or diseased" and demanded separate bathrooms.
Sadly this did not end for many years until the Civil Rights Movement. And that certainly didn't end racial discrimination, as much as some people like to pretend otherwise.

Henry Ford, one of the "american heroes" supported Hitler and the NSDAP with millions of dollars and motors/cars.
He was the only foreigner at this time that received the highest distinction during the war!
Ford....a well known anti semite and one of the key figures for the success of Hitler....
Yeah, it's shameful that a war profiteer and Nazi is remembered for his other aspects. People tend to forget that John Wayne, Walt fuckin' Disney, and Charles Lindbergh all made supportive noises about Hitler prior to WW2. And IBM made lots of money selling their business machines to the third reich:/
