You might notice that my comments aren't really that far apart, mostly I heard the songs before.
And with King Diamond, I never really got into that. I think I heard about them when they got signed on Roadrunner Records (Hopefully I'm not talking bs now) but funny enough I do like Ghost, and they do sound a bit similar.

The artists are obviously extremely technically proficient on their instruments, but the lyrics are baffling. I would probably love listening to an album of their instrumental pieces, if they ever produced and released something like that.
