Description

One of my favorite games I played this/last year.
Originally intended to be a series, the game didn't do well enough to justify that in their eyes. There is a cliffhanger that's not resolved and the world is so engrossing, you'll be aching for more.
An RPG with a turn-based battle system, awesome leveling that affects your appearance and amazing exploration around awesome locales.
If you don't win, I can just about promise it would be worth a purchase (if you can stomach the cliffhanger).
If you do win, perhaps leave a review?
BTW I'm a 6'8" tall heterosexual male and I thoroughly enjoyed this game. So. Yeah.
BTWW Waxlor is interested in seeing my bitches and wants you to be too; read the comments and give your "Yea's" or "Nay's."

I'm loving the idea of giving away the games you liked playing yourself. Makes it more personal. Heterosexual 6'0" male here. Would love playing with fairies! :D

You can trust my recommendations... because... reasons.
Also, aye, it's just a captivating world; fantastic(al). Plus there's a couple darker, grittier worlds that still retain the... erm... "poof-iness" of it all.
Some people like chocolate. I liked Faery. Guilty pleasure and so forth.
Also bitches love sensitive males. Proof? I have my two female dogs laying beside me.

How come I did not know about this game? it looks like my cup of tea :D

A lot of people never heard of it, hence its (")failure(") :S I think it was originally on a console's digital store(?)
As I say, and I can't emphasize it enough: The cliffhanger is, really, just about the only negative that people have to say about the game. So, if you can still get behind it knowing it will ("probably") never be resolved, you will no doubt enjoy the game while it lasts.

It looks great though, that's a pity. Isn't it similar to what happened to Kingdom of Amalur? The company failed after the game I think...but I really enjoyed the game itself.

Anyway thank you for the giveaway!

From the bits of NAWLIJ that I picked up here and there: Amalur was tragic because the weight of the names associated with the games gave EA the okay to go ahead and be stupid confident; aye, the game is fantastic, and it could easily have been the franchise they were hoping to make it. The several different editions of the game, as well as the Online Pass model, ensured that it would fail (though, I think the studio closed before or right at release...?).
Spiders - devs of Faery - are still alive and kicking with several (")cool(")(if not clunky) games. I don't think much is known about the politics surrounding Faery - whether the decision to abandon it came from Spiders themselves or the publisher, etc. - but with their releasing Styx recently, it seems they hope to make a franchise out of Of Orcs And Men. There's always hope, but, at this point, it doesn't seem realistic.
