Everyone has that IP on their system. It's universal. If someone manages to hack 127.0.0.1 he will be hacking every computer in the world at once. Now that's badass.
And you're wrong. When I hack 127.0.0.1, I'm only hacking me, not everyone in the world. The localhost is only available local, you need a static IP to connect to another machine.
