I suppose it's about time to mention that I used to have butterscotch cheesecake bars in lieu of birthday cake, but for a few years now I've been having these things called Lemon Blossoms. Basically, they're these bite-sized things made with cake mix and lemon pudding, with lemon glaze on top. They're really good, and I'm not even a lemon fan.
