MarcoMarin, I'm not sure if you are aware not, but special rules in your giveaway description don't supercede the rules of SG. If the key doesn't work the winner does not have to agree to deletion of the GA, they have the option to mark it as not received.

Putting that in your giveaway descriptions is misleading and simply not true, I would highly recommend not including that in the descriptions for future GAs.
