Kitler is the master of this violent and depressing domain and he rules it with an iron fist delighting in the suffering of all his subjects.

The Seventh Circle of Kitty Hell is divided into three rings:-

The Outer Ring houses all those cats who were violent to other people and the property of dogs. Rivers here flow with boiling blood encased in crusts of fire.

The middle ring houses all the cats that played fast and loose with their nine lives. Screeching cat harpies fly overhead to drown out the sorrows of all those cats who thought they still had one more life in them when jumping off that tree branch only to find they had actually used them all up and had now ended up committing suicide.

The inner ring houses all those terrible cat murderers of birds, butterflies and mice as well as cat blasphemers with each residing in a desert of burning sand with burning rain falling from the sky onto their murderous heads.
