Description

Congratulations! You've found the Piccadilly secret stash!

I tried to make the puzzle pretty simple since there's the added work of navigating through the trains to get here :P

Edit: I didn't think I'd have to add this but please do not leak the passwords or ITH links. It seems like perhaps the Hammersmith one was leaked to one person since Hammersmith 1 has 18 solvers yet Hammersmith 2 has 19 players. There is no way to get the Hammersmith 2 ITH link without solving H1... Unless ITH gets confused with deleted cookies or logging in/out. I'm not sure how it counts the player tbh, but anyways, please be considerate :)

FIRST!!
Took a break from the sightseeing of London undergrounds and solved the puzzle. Nice!

Thanks for the giveaway, seems pretty interesting! :D

Took a while, but that hint really helped out. Found the first answer easily, but for the rest, I was checking every single station (all 380!) for any sort of clue :P
Thanks ^_^

Apparently it was harder than I thought it would be :P Good thing I didn't make it as difficult as I originally intended to xD. Not only did I plan to make the ride longer (maybe 3 more stations) but I was going to make it so you'd have to dig through google and wiki more. Then I got lazy and figured people wouldn't be interested in such a long puzzle.

Solved, yay!

Just one thing. I failed to understand the logic behind the "Lyric Theatre" part... I was stuck there for a long time and I tried Piccadilly Circus a lot (not really, just a couple of times)! Lyric Theatre is clearly between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square stations. Why is the answer Hammersmith?

EDIT: The maps seems to be hiding Piccadilly Circus, but it'll appear if you zoom in a little bit.

That would be the one at Shaftesbury. There are multiple Lyric Theaters. This puzzle was based on what Google and Wiki would tell you (hence why the stranger says the "Wikied Goggles").

The hint tells you "in the UK". If you search "Lyric Theater UK" on Google, the first result will not be the Lyric Theater at Shaftesbury but rather the one at Hammersmith which is called either the Lyric Theater or Lyric Hammersmith. Googling "Lyric Theater Wiki" will also give a Wiki page with a list of the Lyric Theaters around the world, only one of which contains a metro station name: Hammersmith.

True... But the first result that contains both words "Lyric Theatre" was one in Ireland. :P Then when I search for "lyric theatre london", the first one that comes up is the Shaftesbury one, even the map result. But thanks for the explanation! :)

The first result for just "Lyric Theater" on google mostly has to do with your geographical location. For me, it's the one in Saskatchewan, Canada :P And I knew people would try "Lyric Theater London" which is why the hint specifically says "UK". I was a bit mean with that lol.

Hmm... Interesting... Damn Google and its bubbles! :/ And yeah, I only searched for "london" after "UK" pointed me to the Ireland one (in Belfast). At the time, I wasn't aware there were more than one (in London). Living and learning. Thank you and the others for the adventure! :P

I did exactly all of that, sadly I wasn't able to figure it out, but seeing the logic now it just a bit harder if you aren't familiar with it.
