Wow, this is not a wagon, it's the locomotive, and it's this HUGE one:
EDIT: If you look very very closely, near it's third wheel, you can see a tiny human. Just for size reference.

There is no human in that picture, while the Big Boy trains are huge, they're not big enough to dwarf a person that much. Here are people standing near the exact same type of train but a different operating number:
