SGM 2.1/2,2 zaton start (very important, I found the original starting area to be infested with game breaking bugs)
SGM adds a lot of content to the game without changing it too much or altering the difficulty in a major way (just make sure to disable/not enable the hard stuff like alpha squad, mines and random anomalies)

Complete for first playthrough, then maybe Arsenal Overhaul + Call of Chernobyl + AtmosFear, or Misery(This one is for hardcore players).
