Just for future reference, the "Steam Rating" doesn't mean anything. You would think that it would with a name like that but it doesn't. It only has to do with how much playing time the account has in the past 2 weeks. So it's high for people that have played a lot and low for those who haven't. Utterly meaningless statistic.
